- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1 Tbsp cocoa powder
- 1-2 Tbsp pure maple syrup or honey (or other sweetener) or omit
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract optional
- 3/4 cup plant milk like soy, almond, cashew
- 1 tbps cocoa nibs, fresh fruit, coconut optional for topping
