Banana Soft Serve
The first time I made banana soft serve I was blown away at how amazing it tasted and how closely I could get the texture to soft serve ice cream. I’ve made it dozens of times since then. I almost always add cocoa powder and I love topping it with a few raw cashews.
I have used many different gadgets to make my banana soft serve (a mini food processor, a Vitamix blender, and a Magic Bullet). I’d say the Vitamix is my favorite (the single serving container attachment works the best if you have one of those), but if you’re patient the mini food processor and Magic Bullet work too. Those frozen banana slices sometimes take a little longer to break up and you might need more plant milk. I most often make one serving of banana soft serve.
You can also freeze other fruit like
- mangos
- strawberries
- pineapple
- cherries
Add them with the frozen banana for new flavors. Have fun!
